IT Support Technician

They have an exciting opportunity for a 1st & 2nd line Support Technician to join the business on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role into the business and has been created to add addition support to the team.
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all UK staff. (Software & Hardware)
Conduct user, device management and provisioning lifecycle. (AD & Desktop Central)
Office 365 and communication systems administration.
Installation, administration and management of Windows Servers, Roles and Features.
Conduct testing / UATing of systems.
Conduct deployment of end user devices (Windows O/S and iOS).
Backup System administration and configuration.
Enforce IT security.
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure "in touch" IT service delivery.
Maintain tidy IT environment
In-depth knowledge supporting desktop/laptop Computers in a Windows Active Directory Environment.
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Server OS
In-depth knowledge supporting Microsoft Office suites
Working with Manage Engine Suite & SCCM, vSphere and Backup Technologies are all advantageous
