GLOBAL MARKET LEADER

When did you last feel genuinely engaged by a training course? Or even remember it...Our client takes a whole different approach to identifying gaps and improving performance. Their solution gets to the root of the problem and enables the delegate to see the value in the outcome. Their packages are consultancy lead and sold specifically at 'C' level. Your opportunity is to build key relationships with European-based corporates and to drive the adoption of a brand-new approach to learning and development. Even better, the solution is backed by robust ROI and 'outcomes based' commercial terms. Call me to be part of the next generation of L&D.

ROLE INFORMATION

This solution takes the client on a development journey

Large corporates have consistently failed to deliver ROI from learning programmes - this business takes a totally different approach

You'll be engaging with some of the world's largest corporates and solving some of their most long-standing challenges

The management team has many years of experience in the marketplace and is looking to take the business to the next level

They have a great 'start-up' culture (despite being large in their own right) - the best of both worlds!
