Your new role
In this role you will be conducting research and analysis supporting the company's intimacy aspiration; measuring performance, identifying and quantifying opportunities for improvement. You will be a subject expert on client analytics, implementing the Net Promoter Score methodology and survey process and support client segmentation initiatives. You will also be providing regular reporting and analytics and marketing performance, KPI's and utilising internal reporting and analytics tools.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role is essential, this role falls within a new marketing function principally focused on developing, delivering and embedding new capabilities rather than running existing processes. A key element of the role will be the ability to combine underwriting and marketing perspectives to provide insight and business intelligence. You will be high analytical, possess advance IT skills with a high level of commercial acumen.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent basic salary of up to £38,000 plus package.
