IT Support Analyst, North Manchester - to £21K
18 months+ experience of Support, System Administration or Managed Service. Ideally some knowledge/experience of the following areas:
THE ROLE - In a team environment the IT Support Analyst will provide proactive monitoring and management of managed service back-ups, troubleshooting and pro-actively resolving issues through their leading edge Active System Monitoring technology. You will be expected to identify generic trends looking at performance issues and providing resolutions.
Confident, with excellent troubleshooting and system administration skills you will offer a high level of customer service, possessing first rate communication skills.
*This will involve working to a shift pattern 4 days on and 4 off covering a time zone between 6am – 11pm (364 days pa).
