This company is one of the largest independent office technology solutions providers in the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Stores Assistant to work in their busy Glasgow Head Office.

Main duties will include:
- General office administration
- Supporting Sales Order Process team
- Opening and sorting incoming mail
- Distributing incoming mail
- Making sure franking machine is topped up
- Clearing the office mail trays for franking and posting.
- Photocopying, scanning and recording company documents
- Scanning files accurately for archiving
- Supplies Checking, stocktaking and ordering stationery weekly
- Cash & Carry trips/purchases
- Checking and stocktaking kitchen supplies including milk, tea, coffee etc
- Keeping kitchen tidy including ensuring fridge contents are fresh
- Topping up printers and photocopiers with paper throughout the day
- Reception cover (as required)
- Answering phone and forwarding all messages
- Greeting clients and advising staff of their arrival
- Arranging tea and coffee for meetings
- Checking meeting rooms are tidy after use (including wiping benches and tables)
- Any other duties as requested from time to time

The Package:

Hours of Work will be 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday with every 2nd Friday a 3pm finish.
