We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide support to local and remote colleagues including troubleshooting user problems with software, hardware, or workstation network connectivity and provide recommendations on methods to improve desktop support.

Key Accountabilities

    Work with vendors on repair and maintenance of PC hardware and software. Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting for network services issues. Assist in network connectivity for installs, adds, moves and changes. Act as a liaison between users and internal support groups. Assist in the deployment, add, changes, or moves of computer hardware and software. Participate in projects, as assigned by Desktop Services management. Test compatibility and interoperability of company applications with current and future O/S platforms, configurations, and network architecture. Update and close calls in incident tracking system Escalate problems to appropriate teams, as required. Provides asset management for hardware and license management for software
