Project Manager - Creative Studio

A Project Manager with client facing experience is needed to join an award winning studio who utilise the power of pictures to tell stories and share ideas. Based just a short walk from Kings Cross station; expect an exciting and varied role providing the crucial link between creatives and clients.

Boasting global clients such as Tesco, WWF, Google, Gov.uk, ITV (to name a few) this innovative studio specialise in animation, illustration, scribing, graphic facilitation and storytelling to help clients align teams and engage new audiences. Due to award winning success they are now seeking a super organised Project Manager to assist the producers in projects that capture live events as they happen.

Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Project Manager will act as the linchpin for live scribing events, from initial enquiry to event logistics to post event communication. Whether you are taking a brief for an upcoming event; sourcing artists; making travel / accommodation arrangements; being in constant contact with the client; allocating resources; spotting cross-sell opportunities; presenting creative concepts or managing project budgets it will be your superb attention to detail that ensures outstanding results for clients.

To qualify. You should be a Project Manager / Studio Manager / Creative Project Manager / Traffic Manager / Event Coordinator / Creative Operations Manager / Workflow Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar Project Management / Project Coordination role ideally client facing;
  • A track record of working in a fast paced creative environment managing multiple workflows;
  • An understanding of production techniques and the creative process;
  • The ability to coordinate teams and suppliers to deliver high quality work on time and to budget;
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail;
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude;
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills;
  • Experience of organising / running events would be a bonus.
