Unit Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )Location: Northwood, North London - near to Watford, Harrow etc.Salary: £32,300 - £39,000 per annum excellent benefits; negotiable dependent on experience, qualifications and capabilitiesHours: Full Time hours, 40 or 42 hours per week, Day ShiftsContract type: PermanentFurther Details: We are currently looking for a highly motivated unit manager to lead a team of nurses within a very reputable Care Home located in Northwood, North London, The Care Home offers nursing and residential care for older adults. The Care Home has been furnished and decorated with vibrant, visually stimulating colours and textures to help assist their residents' orientation and well-being. Their focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.The home has achieved a good CQC report and excellent reputation for care quality. The service is always focused on offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment, and providing the highest quality care to all residents. We are looking for an experienced nurse who shares this passion for quality care and who wishes to further their career in a more senior position within a reputable healthcare organisation.The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff.
