I currently have a fantastic new Sales Software Product Trainer role with a market leader in the Document Management and Business Solutions arena.

Salary £38,000 - £55,000
£6.3k car allowance, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Healthcare

The Field Sales Product Software Trainer role is crucial in supporting Field Sales with their transition from a traditional hardware sales population to software selling. We want to be seen by our customers as a professional, competent and responsive partner for software services and it is the primary objective of this role to deliver that by working both internally with the relevant stakeholders and externally with both customers and 3rd party suppliers to ensure this is achieved.

Designs, develops and delivers instructional material for employee training courses that support company products, processes and best practices
Demonstrate and utilizes effective needs analysis and evaluation of skills
Effectively utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools
Organised and responsible for own time management, maximising the amount of time delivering training to employees
Ability to deliver technical training to a non technical audience
Managing certification process and updating of content and online learning
Responsibility for the full training cycle from training needs analysis and designing informative yet engaging training material through to the delivery of the learning solution
Collaborative working and communication
Work with the product management team to stay abreast of new product features / functionality/launches and determine needs of product training courses and appropriate method of delivery
Work cooperatively with other departments including Software Services, Sales, Marketing and Service.
Working closely with partners to ensure all software knowledge is current and the relationships are collaborative
