Customer Service Outbound Agent - Full Time
This role is very different to most Contact Centre opportunities. ACCA is unique in the Glasgow contact centre space as a member owned, not for profit organisation where a core focus of our output is in delivering public value. We wish to recruit Customer Service Outbound Agents to join us at our new offices at Queen St in Glasgow City Centre. We have a number of fixed term contract opportunities. The part time shift pattern available is Monday to Thursday 10am - 8pm. ACCA is a rich learning environment where talented people have the opportunity to learn, develop and contribute. What the role involves Contacting our members and students via telephone and email to win back, retain and gain their commitment and membership Actively listening to and understanding the customers' needs Ensuring the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels Being an ambassador for ACCA, treating all customers with respect at all times Contributing to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures What we are looking for Excellent communication and influencing skills Previous customer service experience Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work Accuracy and attention to detail The ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement A positive attitude, encouraging and supporting others If you are looking for something quite different from other contact centre roles in Glasgow please press Apply Now to submit your application.
