Are you a technically savvy and passionate about customer support individual, seeking an opportunity to move into a Service Desk Analyst role with a highly talented team in a leading global technology solutions provider?

Type: Permanent

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: To £23k including shift allowance

We partner with a global technology solutions and IT service provider that is currently expanding their UK team due to continued success. We are looking for a technically savvy individual seeking an entry level technical career opportunity in a 24/7 support environment.

The responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst role will include (but not limited to):

·Pro-active monitoring of systems/service status, assessing and directing first-level customer queries

·Manage, prioritise and deliver support via phone, email or remotely using VPN

Skills required for the Service Desk Analyst role will include (but not limited to):

·Passionate about technology allied to excellent verbal and written skills

·Happy and capable (must have driving license and car) to be part of a 24/7 team working shift patterns

·Microsoft Word/ Excel / Powerpoint

·Any experience within a broad range of technical areas including: data centre technologies and virtualization, Windows or Linux Operating Systems, TCP/IP, Active Directory.
