Your new role
In this role, you'll be tackling challenges that are at the heart of client's investment decisions. Delivering client engagements, preparing proposals and reviewing claims for submissions to HMRC will be aspects of the role. You'll also be responsible for the training and development of the team and developing new business.
What you'll need to succeed
As a capital allowances specialist you may come from a tax background with a CTA, or from a surveying background with an RICS qualification. You will need experience working in capital allowances within a professional services environment and awareness of property matters including cost estimating. Other essential skills required are taking personal responsibility and accountability for work, an analytical mind and a positive attitude as well as excellent communication skills.
