Service Desk Analyst - German Speaking
A leading provider of IT Services is looking for a German Speaking 1st Line Analyst to join it's busy Financial Sector Service Desk in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to offer customers a quick resolution of their IT issues.
- Log incoming calls and diagnose and resolve user issues
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure consistent user experience
- Actively participate in and contribute to an ongoing team dynamic
- Work to ensure the department meets its SLA performance targets
Previous experience of working a busy service desk is required as are good communication and customer service skills.
The team work a 37.5hour week, within a shift pattern of either an 7am start or late finish at 7pm Monday - Friday. Successful applicants will also need to complete financial vetting before starting.
