Overall Job Purpose:

Working on and developing design elements of all digital content, site design and conversion driving functionality; aiding in development and production of all elements within the brand guidelines
You will also play a key role in supporting the wider digital teams to produce digital assets for the successful production of digital and Omnichannel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the timely uploading of all BAU Promotional, Event, Brand, Range and Campaign creative is to brief and that due diligence auditing processes are in place
  • Ensure consistency in content and design across devise, eBay and
  • Work closely with Digital copywriters to ensure tone of voice across all site space is aligned to brand guidelines
  • Be a Digital Ambassador across the business encouraging others to share and explore their ideas
  • Monitor and report on customer engagement & conversion metrics to ensure all content is optimised & delivering against agreed KPIs
  • Ensure all content is adhering to up to date SEO guidelines & is fully optimized
  • Ensure all content is adhering to up to date Site speed Optimisation targets
Skills Required:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • In-depth digital design capabilities across all devices
  • Confidence to plan and delegate tasks
  • Inquisitive and determined
  • The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
  • Problem solving skills through understanding of Digital systems and metrics
