We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join the Payroll Bureau. This role offers an ambitious individual the opportunity to build on their existing experience by solely managing a portfolio of around 80 clients, running their weekly and monthly payroll.

The Role The successful candidate will be self-managing whilst running their own clients' payrolls and will prepare and complete an entire payroll, whilst advising clients on any day-to-day issues. Excellent attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to organise and prioritise your workload so that deadlines are met, ensuring that clients are completely satisfied and helped with any queries or process orientated questions.

What are we looking for?

The successful individual will have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a payroll environment (ideally bureau but not essential) and have the desire and skills to pick information and new systems up quickly. The ability to set up PAYE Schemes, payroll journals, calculate SAYE and GAYE pension contributions and have an awareness of RTI is a key part of the role. Candidates should be confident, enthusiastic and a team player.
