This is a Temp role working a variety of hours per week.
Rates of pay will vary from client to client.

An up to date Fully Enhanced DBS Certificate is required with this role.

KPI Care is working alongside a variety of Child Care establishments across Cheshire. Some of our clients are looking for emergency staff, permanent workers and temp to perm contracts.

To support the development of a range of high quality learning opportunities/experiences for children and their families to improve outcomes for all children and close the gap in outcomes between vulnerable children and wider child populations. To support children to reach their potential in readiness for school. The jobholder is responsible for delivery across a cluster of Children’s Centres.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Co-ordinate, implement and review a range of high quality learning opportunities and experiences for children and their families that promote opportunities to engage parents in their children’s learning and development, e.g. promoting learning through play.
2-Plan and deliver, or arrange for delivery of, group based interventions focused on supporting children’s early learning and development.
3-Identify children and families who require individual support with early learning, develop a plan to meet their identified needs and, if necessary, act as a key worker to them.
4-Identify and develop opportunities to support children’s transition into primary school.5-Work within a cluster of Children’s Centres, liaising with the Pedagogues and Children’s Centre Service Co-ordinators to ensure that high quality Early Years Foundation Stage practice underpins all service delivery.
6-Assist with the early identification of children with additional needs and help families access support as part of the Early Support Programme.
7-Liaise and communicate with other agencies and work in an integrated way with colleagues so that appropriate services are made available to children and families according to individual needs.
8-Support and develop consistent and high quality practice within crèche provision across the children’s centre cluster and deliver occasional crèche provision if required.
9-Develop a consistent process for the use of resources across a cluster of centres that support good quality Early Years Foundation Stage practice and environments for children.
10-Maintain effective record systems to enable the monitoring and evaluation of services.
