A new vacancy has become available for a Line/Resource Manager to join a niche company who are market leaders in their field. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous line management experience with in the clinical research industry.

The responsibilities of this role will include leading and motivating a team to effectively develop and direct people with clear objectives giving guidance and feedback on their work allocation. You work in conjunction with the head of department on personal development plans and training for all team members. You will also be responsible for coordination of new employee induction plans and training programs for staff. This is an exciting varied role of which a full job description can be provided upon application.

Candidate requirements:

- Proven line management experience
- Previous experience of training staff, mentoring and coaching
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of TMF operations within Clinical Research industry
- Experience in problem solving and providing solutions
