An exciting opportunity is available for an ICT Service Desk technician to join a large team within ICT & Customer Services, supporting the ICT needs of the Borough of Poole and Bournemouth Borough Council.
Working across the two Authorities, ICT & Customer Services maintain and support a broad range of hardware and software technology. The Service Desk resolves the majority of incidents and requests at point of contact and operates a shift rota.
You will have solid experience of performing a Service Desk role, be committed to maintaining your technical knowledge and be passionate about customer service.
The role is graded and offers excellent opportunities to expand your technical and general skills, and work within a dynamic service desk environment.
The role will initially be based in Bournemouth, but may be located in Poole in the future.
