A boutique, country house hotel in Surrey is seeking a Junior Sous Chef


The Head Chef of a highly regarded hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to work to the high standards expected in the kitchen of the property. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be preparing fine dining, seasonal dishes for the multi-AA Rosette accredited restaurant but will also be preparing top class banquets for the function rooms. This is a great opportunity to work within a well equipped kitchen where you will be working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure that the high standards in place are maintained by the whole team at all times.


A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has been working in kitchens with at least two AA Rosettes recently is needed to take on this role but you must also have previous banqueting experience. A chef with good all round cooking skills who is also a confident team leader would be ideal.
