Planning and Forecast Manager
A market leading insurance organisation who pride themselves on the service they deliver to their customers are looking to recruit a Planning and Forecast Manager to lead a team of 15 Direct Report to deliver the planning road map to an FTE of 120. This is a vital role to help the business achieve the best in service, automation delivery and best practice.

You will have full responsibility for the MI development, tactical delivery and business plans.
This is why you will not only be an expert in contact centre technologies but you will be able to draw upon manual forecasting techniques to model from historical data.
You will have a full understanding of load balancing across contact centre resource management. You will demonstrate a highly analytical nature but have the ability to be creative in terms of your solutions.
