The Bridge IT are currently recruiting on behalf of their Ilkley based client for an experienced UX Designer, with experience in wireframing, with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.
The role will entai planning, laying out and designing websites and applications. The UX designer’s role is to ensure that the whole experience for individuals using websites or applications is as smooth and as pleasant as possible.
Working as part of a team - contributing ideas to support the organisation to meet the clients Strategic Three Year Plan.·Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.

·Develop, document and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

·Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

·Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.

·Understanding of accessibility and usability concerns.

·Keeps up-to-date with User Experience best practices.

·To contribute towards our quality objective of achieving 95% of customers rating the Learning Management System good or excellent

·Excellent communication skills and managerial skills to manage time and resources effectively between projects

·Produce websites and web application user interfaces to specification

·Work with the Product Owners to plan and design product user experience for all application development

To work within ISO frameworks and adhere to company policies and procedures.



·Experience of wireframing software such as Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq.

·Experience of Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator.

·Experience of documenting application and website components and pages.

·Experience of Google Analytics.


·Experience wireframing for applications optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

·Experience of conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys.
