Role: Space System Engineer

Location: Oxford

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Do you feel your analogue electronic and Space systems experience could be your ticket to bigger and better things? Are you interested in becoming part of the English contingent of a prestigious aerospace system company that have already been involved in more than 50 missions with over 100 payloads?

They have been heavily involved in space systems for over 30 years and their payloads have flown on-board Russian vehicles Bion, Foton, Progress, American Space-X, the Japanese HTC module and the International Space Station, to name just a few.

So, do you want direct involvement with some of the giants of the Space industry?

Your team will consist of a handful of 4 or 5 Engineers, their specialisms covering electronics, mechanics, thermodynamics, physics and optics. The nature of the working environment encourages discussion and collaboration. Do you feel like, with your experience of space systems, you could fit in to this environment of experienced professionals and bring something to the table?

The benefits of start-ups are obvious, an environment where your opinion and input are not only valued, they can influence the direction of the company. But, the relative youth of a start-up can lead to questions around security. Now you have an opportunity to enjoy this fruitful environment whilst working for a company that are long-running and well established.

Through grants and partnerships with universities, they have made research and increasing the integration of companies working in space their goal. They are driven to consolidate their position as European leaders in Space Systems. Can you match this drive?
