Leadership & Management Trainer
We are working with a Charitable organisation who are looking for an experienced trainer who is able to design, deliver and assess (Via Eportfolio) part of the Level 3 Leadership and Management apprenticeship course. The programme starts in January 2018 and will run for a 12-15 month period (including end-point assessment).
As part of the programme we are seeking someone who can offer specialist support to develop and deliver three one-day modules (at the client site) that cover the Operational Excellence areas of the standard. This includes modules on Finance, Operations Management and Project Management.
In addition to delivery of the workshops there would be additional support required to review and assess evidence created for the individual's portfolio in readiness for End Point Assessment. Aside from the face-to-face delivery all the review/assessment will be completed online which can be carried out remotely.
Is this role right for you?
This is an interesting and unique role where you would be expected to deliver the training you have designed for the appropriate modules at various client sites (UK-based, primarily North based) so you would need to be happy to travel and this may include some over night stays for the longer distance clients. All preparation and assessment work can be completed remotely and via on-line systems so there is no need to travel at these times. We are looking for someone who can design and run all three modules so you must have some experience of the delivery of the Finance, Operations Management and Project Management modules of the Leadership Level 3 course.
