This post is part of the Enterprise Information & Development team, this team has a remit to design, implement, manage and where required to support all the company reporting, systems integrations, cloud search and cutting-edge API and Integration technologies. You may be a Software Developer with experience in building databases, a Sys Admin who has looked after a SQL Server and wants to learn more, or an ETL Developer wanting to expand your skill set

The post is a technical role in the Enterprise Information team where you will be working with the team(s) to perform daily monitoring, support and maintenance of our existing Database infrastructure as well as getting the opportunity to use SQL and related technologies to solve migration and reporting challenges.

In this post the successful applicant will be part of a team dedicated to building a standard based, open and modern API led framework to deliver consistent and reliable information to a number of internal and external customers that are based throughout INTO’s vast global network of partners and customers.

Key accountabilities and dutiesWorking with the Integration and MIS teams to architect and support both cloud Azure and On-Premise integration and error reporting and ultimately database solutionsWorking with SQL Server and related technologies to allow the creation of and the support of data migrations and transformationsUsing cutting edge tools such as SQL Server 2016 and various cloud technologies to help perform monitoring, support and maintenance of INTOs database infrastructure Aid and support the Business Infrastructure Manager as well as MIS and other teams where necessary using SQL and or other scripting tools (bash/SQL/PowerShell etc)Creating error logging and reporting solutions and delivering to customers and partnersPrepare required documentationThe closing date for applications is Monday 4th December 2017.
