A Legal Secretary is required to join a growing team based in Oxford, £20-24k.

Their Oxford branch requires a Legal Secretary to join a growing team at a very exciting time.

Your new role
Your role plays an integral part of the fee earning teams. You will provide administrative support with client files, billing and financial activities, business development, diary and travel management. You will float as and where you are required. You could be handling anything from event coordination, document production, email management, photocopying, call handling and technical work. It is a very varied role that will suit someone who is motivated and driven to complete tasks efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a legal environment previously and will have experience in supporting several senior managers at once. This is a very busy and changing role so you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will be collaborating with several other Legal Secretaries in order to ensure all administrative tasks in the office are covered. You must also have great written and verbal communication due to the importance of the documentation you will be handling.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £20-24k alongside a generous benefits package. There is parking onsite and the working hours are 9-5:30. All training and support will be provided.
