Travel Coordinator (6 month role)

Your new company
You will be joining an extraordinary organisation who are successfully discovering and developing treatments for various cancer types. As their success continues to grow, so has the need for the operational support at their global headquarters which situated on Milton Park in Abingdon.
Your new role
You will be taking full ownership of complex and worldwide travel coordination for various directors and board members ensuring a seamless and efficient itinerary. Alongside this, you will be supporting the Executive Assistant with the smooth operational running of all PA duties such as ensuring the corporate diary is pro-actively maintained, organising meetings and managing all office Administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in high profile travel coordination would be highly advantageous to be successful as the post holder. You will need to demonstrate an assertive but diplomatic communication style and the ability to consonantly adapt to changes in schedules and circumstances whilst taking the up most pride in ensuring your work is delivered at the highest standard.
