An exciting 1st Line Support job has become available with a leading software vendor in Norwich.

You will be the key point of contact with customers and clients across the UK, completing diagnostics and fixes where possible during initial calls and e-mails.

The team is small, which enables you to have exposure to a wide array or processes and technologies. There are a variety of products, with some large projects in the pipeline which means there is always something to learn.

Key Skills
1st Line or Helpdesk experience
Database and SQL knowledge
Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
