Android Developer

We are currently looking for a talented Android Developer to join our ever growing Engineering team here at Touch Surgery. The Android Developer will help implement features into our Android platform and assist with maintenance across the whole codebase using RxJava, Native Android, Unit Testing/TDD and Git. The Android Developer will be exposed to UI, networking, data persistence as well as opportunities to work on our simulation engine.

The existing Android & iOS apps have garnered rave reviews from US healthcare institutions and media including TechCrunch, The Guardian, and the FT, and the platform is already generating substantial revenues, with over 2 million downloads.

Requirements of the Android Developer

Minimum of 2 years experience on AndroidWorking experience with Java & Native AndroidDemonstrable use of Unit testing / TDDExposure to RxJava and Reactive programmingKnowledge of version control systems (git, Perforce)Nice to have
