IT Apprentice - Software Development
A specialist software development company based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham are seeking two apprentices to join their rapidly growing team.
The company develops Management Software for businesses and associated web software for the property industry.
Their dedicated support staff are on hand to answer any queries or develop extra functionality specifically for their clients.
The development team have been hand selected and are highly qualified in their areas of expertise, and bring in new innovations and fresh ideas for the future. The software developers are able to plan and execute every step of the software development cycle, from consulting with clients to establishing their needs, to visualisation, implementation and follow-up support.
As an apprentice, you will be involved in the programming of CRM, reporting and financial software, web design; building websites and apps from scratch, project management and report writing.
The successful applicants will need to have a keen interest in software development and will ideally have some knowledge of coding/programming, although full training will be provided.
You will need to have enthusiasm for getting into this sector of IT and commitment to the apprenticeship.
You will need to have strong academic grades with at least grades B or above in English and Maths.
The position is in a central Birmingham location with easy access to transport links, and there will be the possibility of progression to a permanent position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
