Your new company is a national cost and project management consultancy who have won various awards and are growing due to project increase and demand. Their specialist project expertise is vast including hospitality, civil, utilities, water and they are currently working on some of the most exciting projects in South Wales. This company have a very high success rate for their employees who sit their APC exams and pride themselves on training and development.

Your new role
You will be a Graduate or Assistant Cost Manager in a team of qualified Cost Managers and Project Managers who will build on knowledge from your degree in Quantity Surveying including skills such as cost estimates, preparation and management of cost reports, invoices and payment certificates, preparation of tender and contract documents, final accounts and more in a client facing role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying at 2:1 or above and the drive to learn and become chartered.
