Customer Service Advisor Roles - £16,000 Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a Global Outsourcer who are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The role consists of working in an inbound customer support centre dealing with enquiries from customers. You should be confident in dealing with customers over the phone and by email and be able to resolve any questions or queries the customers may have. I would like to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience; Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centres IT literate particularly in MS Office packages Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail There are a variety of contracts including permanent and fixed term and the working hours are 40 per week, 5 days from 7, generally between 8am-10pm.
