We have a new opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join a Market Leading provider of Software solutions. These breakthrough technology solutions and services are used by more than 400 clients around the world in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Food and Health Care.
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing remote / onsite support as well as product installations and training. Alongside these responsibilities you will be required to regularly analyse issues and identify product improvement opportunities.
During the first 4 to 6 months you will be developing a solid technical understanding of their software solutions as well as learning how their products are used. Once training is complete, it is expected up to 40% of your time will be spent at client sites (UK, Europe and US)
To be considered, you must have previous experience in a similar role supporting bespoke products, applications and / or software solutions. Any experience of working within ISO 9001 Compliant or heavily regulated environments is preferred but not essential.
