CRM MANAGER/DATA PLANNER - LEADING MEDIA COMPANY
£35,000 + benefits
Great chance to join a worldwide media brand, they are leading the way in their industry through their data driven media coverage which targets a wide variety of customer segments. You will play a big part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensure that data driven insight is used in direct marketing processes.
The brand has a global presence around the world with its wide content of media applications and is looking to expand its reach out to wider segments. The company's publications cater for a wide range of industries and consumer however they are still looking to expand their analytical division to help optimise end consumer experience and contribute to long term strategic objectives.
Primarily using Relational database systems such as Faststats and salesforce, you help to export data for direct marketing campaigns and recommend clients on their segmentation and campaign strategies. You will also be the first point of contact within the company with regards to email automation and helping to build email marketing campaigns. This role will give you a good overall knowledge of wider consumer marketing and give you the exposure to working directly on strategic marketing strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
Your skills and experience will ideally include the following:
- Direct marketing and CRM experience
- Experience of using a relational database
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders
- Customer focused and passion for understanding customer needs
- Degree educated
- Defined Contribution Pension plan
- Travel card loan
