Our well established Brighouse based client is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high level administrator to join a globally recognised company in a role with the opportunity to diversify into multiple business areas.

As the Quality Assurance Administrator you will be responsible for the management of all quality assurance system documentation, working alongside Continuous Improvement, QC, HSE and production teams to ensure the Quality Management System achieves and maintains ISO 9001 standards.

Another responsibility will be the upkeep and maintenance of safety and business documents, keeping the business database up to data and improving its quality and structure. You'll also provide administrative support to the continuous improvement team where necessary.

To be shortlisted for interview you'll need to be computer savvy, with experience and understanding of hierarchical folders, Microsoft office (ideally some experience in Visio). You'll need a keen eye for detail and an analytical, process driven approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to diversify and work amongst multiple areas of business are also required. Knowledge of a warehouse/workplace organisational system, such as 5S, is also highly desired.
Candidates must have previous experience in a quality administrative, high level administrative or data up keep & analysis role.

Our client offers a salary in the region of £21,000 - £24,000, pension and competitive holiday allowance as well as free onsite parking.
