This Enderby based multi award winning organisation are looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst who ideally has at least two years? experience in a IT Support role.

You will act as key member of the Hepldesk team providing the best customer service and taking ownership of incidents and service requests right through to completion while ensuring that any issue that could not be resolved are escalated to the relevant team.

You will need experience with the following to be considered;

  • Desktop Operating Systems knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 2010)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Active Directory admin (creating user accounts, password reset)
  • Exchange Server administration
  • Smart Phone and Blackberry account management support
  • Excellent communication skills
