I am looking to recruit a qualified SENCO for a March start for a beautiful, private, all girls school in Brent. This role may be an assistant head and SENCO role for the right applicant.This school has been successfully managed from strength to strength and their current SENCO is returning home at the end of March and the school would like to recruit someone to take over the role, a handover period will be included for the successful candidate.The head teacher appreciates that many SEN experienced teachers are looking to move into a SENCO role, but she needs someone who has experience managing a team, moving applications through the right channels and support class teachers with the needs they experience.
