Helpdesk Support Analyst

Our client within the Asset management arena are seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide and ensure the following skills and expertise:

* Proven first line technical support skills, with helpdesk analysis experience and strong user community and IT skills.

* detailed experience working on a Helpdesk, managing incoming calls, emails and desk visits.

* Proven ability providing 1st technical fixes over the phone.

* Strong experience of laptop and remote access solutions, coupled with previous experience working with Active directory and exchange server 2007.

* Excellent communication & written skills and a technical ability to understand technical issues and explain to non technical users.
