We have a fantastic opportunity currently with our client, a global leader operating within the dental industry with an extensive product portfolio.

We are looking for a strategic marketeer who can quickly understand the big picture. You will need prior experience of running a loyalty programme, managing and, preferably, designing websites and be capable of understanding the complexities of their scheme, working closely with their sales teams.

You will be a strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and create the stories to join up their offering, as well as having previous management experience.

Primarily you will be highly analytical with well-developed technical skill, able to quickly interpret web analytics, Qlik and large data sets, to target and segment our customer and prospect base intelligently, focusing on, and driving, purchasing behaviour. Ability to analyse information to demonstrate promotional success, and the impact on the business is vital. Experience of creating successful multi channel digital campaigns across email, web, SMS, app, social, and automated marketing is required.

Ideally you will have prior loyalty programme experience and good technical/analytical data ability.

Other skills include a passion for copy writing, excellent attention to detail, creativity and the ability to hit the ground running. Of course, you'll have flawless spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills and the ability to write engagingly for B2B audiences.

This is a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts in a great marketing team, and you will need to be able to multi-task and juggle lots of different projects simultaneously without compromising on deadlines or accuracy.

The role is highly progressive and developmental for the right person.

This is a mid-management role with one part time direct report.
