NRG are delighted to be recruiting for an Employee Communications Specialist for an award winning and dynamic organisation based in the Newcastle region.

This is a newly created role and is full time and permanent.

We are looking for an engaging and passionate individual who has a strong track record in delivering internal communications and employee engagement strategies within a HR / Marketing function.

You will be responsible for devising, developing and evaluating internal written communications company wide alongside creating content and company wide projects which will engage and embed business values, visions, strategy and brand.

You will support and build relationships with key business stakeholders and work closely with the HR and Marketing teams in supporting change and transformation projects.

To be successful in the role you will have experience working within a fast paced, dynamic and commercially focussed business developing internal communications. You will possess a HR or Marketing degree and have the drive, passion and enthusiasm to drive forward engagement and company values. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with management and stakeholders across all levels of the business.
