About the role
A new opportunity has opened up at our Business Development Centre based in Chelmsford for an advisor to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience by generating new business, retaining existing customers and managing our customer's enquiries via multiple channels.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer retention and promote the vehicle sales side of the business. You will utilise your knowledge and experience to maintain accurate and up to date customer information for future marketing.
You will develop and maintain knowledge of the motor industry, new models and improvements through internal training, motor industry journals and technical magazines. You will provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers in a clear and professional manner accurately evaluating customer needs and supplying personalised solutions.
It is important that you maintain knowledge of products and services and are able to confidently access this against competitors. You must be able to confidently and positively influence customers by exploring and understanding their needs and making recommendations.
The position is likely to have a working pattern of every weekend with 2 days off during the week. 5/7 days.
