Our client, a global health & beauty group, is looking for a Director of Communications to set, oversee and implement all aspects of external and internal communications within the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Division of the company, with the support of a tight team and the full range of communications activities, expertise and talent provided by the Shared Services Platform (PR, Internal comms, Publications, Events, Digital).

Working with the CEO of Pharmaceutical Wholesale, you would be defining and delivering the communications strategy for the Division to support the current and future agenda of the business, coordinating and controlling communications activities at country level.

This role is based in Weybridge and will involve extensive European travel.

Skills and Experience Required:

·Degree qualified or equivalent

·Fluency in English and at least one other language (preferably French, Italian or Spanish)

·Complex global b2b senior corporate communications experience

·Substantial and proven success as a communications specialist in an international environment;

·Demonstrable experience working and influencing external partners, press, and stakeholders;

·Multi-disciplinary experience of communications in a corporate environment desirable and candidates may display a mix of agency and in-house experience;

·Experience of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment;

·Exposure to a business of substantial scale and high visibility;

·Previous experience of team building.

·Readiness to travel extensively
