Contact Centre Coach
Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be supporting an instantly recognisable, reputable and growing brand based in Hertfordshire with their requirement for a Contact Centre Coach on a 9-12 month maternity cover.
As a Contact Centre Coach, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 10FTE who deal with Customer Service, Sales and Retention queries from customers with regards to their accounts and general advice/support.
Your main responsibility as a Contact Centre Coach will be to deliver continuous improvement throughout the operation by providing hands-on support and guidance to the team, whilst also identifying training needs and areas of improvement.
You will do this by implementing and delivering support programmes, individual, side by side and team coaching sessions, regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, 121's and creating performance plans to ensure the team are working to the best of their ability and providing the highest level of customer experience to all customers.
This Contact Centre Coach position is NOT one that is heavily focused around monitoring departmental KPI's and SLA's, you will be fully responsible for only supporting and developing your team.
The successful candidate for the Contact Centre Coach position will be a highly experienced, customer centric and personable individual who thrives in a role that is heavily performance related. You will have experience but also be very passionate about training, coaching, mentoring and developing your team to provide the highest level of service.
