An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join us at our office based in Lambeth.

Within this role, you will supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of a Response Maintenance contract and will be responsible for a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

Acting as leader and focal point in respective teams, you will ensure detail sign off of completed properties and will be responsible for co-ordinating the allocation of work with the support of the Project Manager to the team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have knowledge of Repairs Maintenance, measured term contracts and schedule of rates coupled with a trade City & Guilds qualification. Experience of response social housing is essential and you should also have previous experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors. A H&S qualification will also be required.

Although not essential, experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, with management experience in a similar operation would be an advantage.
