Shift: Rotating 6-2, 2-10, 7.30 - 3.30
Salary: £35-40K

Overview (Maintenance Engineer)
We are looking to talk to multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in continuous process environments about an opportunity to work with a World leading manufacturing company.

Responsibilities (Maintenance Engineer)

o Maintain and service all production machinery, using a multi-skilled approach, in accordance with manufacturers OEM'S.
o Apply safe techniques of isolation using a "LOTO" Procedures
o Carry out installation and commissioning to electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
o Use fault finding technics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
o Execute PPM routines.
o Carry out property / facility maintenance duties as required.
o Carry out routine statutory checks as required.
o Complete a breakdown/fault log on a daily basis.
o Liaise with the cell leaders on a daily basis providing engineering support.
o Liaise with contracted service providers when on site, sign on/off in line with the companies site visitor / "permit to work" procedures.
o Ensure TDI Monitoring system is operating correctly at all times.
o Monitor engineering stock usage, order spares as required to provide continuous production support.
o Participate in continuous improvement programmes.
o Adhere to all H&S procedures as advised by the company.
o Complete additional skills training as required by the company.
o To provide out of hours "call-out" service on a rota basis
o Carry out such other duties as the management team may reasonably require.

KEY SKILLS (Maintenance Engineer)

o Electrical 17th Edition qualification desirable.
o "Hands on" approach
o Knowledge of electrical/mechanical PPM procedures essential.
o Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
o Conversant with electrical/ PLC control systems.
o Conversant with H&S rules, regulations and best practices.
o Ability to prioritise workload and concisely record information.
