JOB TITLE: Account Executive (Scandinavian Region)
LOCATION: Home-based, but must be comfortable with international travel
PACKAGE: £90K basic, £180k OTE, 25 days holiday, stock options, healthcare, free lunch!

US organisation with a growing international presence
Grown from 0 to over 300 employees in just a few years
Successful and successive rounds of VC funding
Norweigian, Danish or Swedish languages are a plus, but not a prerequisite - however, a track record of selling into the region is a must!
Enterprise Software sales experience
Sold into HR teams, and have the ability to close the deal with multiple stakeholders
New business sales track record- win new logos!
Treat it as your own business, but be coachable and open to taking on new advice/practices from the leadership team. Being set in your ways won't be welcomed!

Big data analytics
New business role - however, there is a strong interest in the market and a wealth of case studies to utilise.
Enterprise sales - must have 6/7 figure deals on the CV and know how to sell into the HR domain.
