Your new role
Working as a Interim HR MI and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a MI and reporting department that sits as a centre of excellence within the HR function. You will coordinate the production of business performance information across the organisation and also work with key stakeholders to facilitate business planning. You will also work oversee a ERP migration project, ensuring that data, reports and workforce plans are in line with business objectives. This role will also manage two analysts.

We are looking for an experienced HR MI and Reporting Manager, who has experience in management reporting, data systems and interpreting complex data analysis.
