Who we are looking for:We are looking for an experienced Reward Manager who has salary review implementation experience for a 12 month fixed term contract.About the roleThe role is to lead support to the business on employee reward. This includes annual benchmarking, cost modelling, pay and bonus review. In addition the role holder will be responsive to specific projects / queries arising from the business throughout the year.Reward or financial experience to include:

Modelling of costs for scenarios on pay and bonus

Reward Benchmarking

Managing year end salary and bonus round

Working with HC and senior stakeholders on specific business queries and ad hoc projects.

​Experience with financial modelling within PwC/ or similar organisation

Experienced reward professional – with experience of employee annual pay and bonus management

Experienced excel user
Other information
Option to work remotely some of the time
