We work with employers across England to make sure their people have the right skills and values to deliver high quality care. We have an exciting opportunity for a System Tester (Agile) to join our Workforce Intelligence Team and lead on the overall testing strategy for the National Minimum Data Set for Social Care (v2).

You will lead on the testing of the NMDS-SC products, services and digital solutions, collaborating with product owners, subject matter experts, developers and user researchers. You will be responsible for developing a testing strategy for quality assuring products, sub features and functions, as well as producing documentation and user testing scripts based on user stories and user research.

In this role, your responsibilities will include translating requirements into test plans from user stories and specifications and work with the various teams to determine acceptance criteria.
