A Health Charity based in London is seeking a Gift Aid Manager. The successful candidate will need to maximise the income generation from Gift Aid opportunities in fundraising, by working closely with colleagues in income generating teams. Ensure that the charity follows best practice in raising, recording, processing and claiming Gift Aid, by monitoring all associated processes.Key responsibilitiesRaise the profile of Gift Aid within Fundraising as an important source of additional income, ensuring income generating teams have a clear understanding of Gift Aid performance in their area.Work closely with key members of income generating teams, to develop their ability to maximise income from Gift Aid opportunities in their areas and create promotional messages around tax efficient giving.Ensure Gift Aid income is suitably reported and reviewed on a regular basis by income generating teams, monitoring and responding to developing trends.Ensure Fundraising teams are correctly promoting Gift Aid in products and campaignsLiaise with third party fulfilment agencies and fundraising platforms in relation to all Gift Aid mattersDevelop positive relationships with HMRC and other charities and organisationsSharing insights that will benefit and optimise the Charities management of Gift Aid.Monitor and continually improve internal Gift Aid processes, accommodating new products and income streams into the process.In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:Experience of successfully managing end to end Gift Aid processes in a similar large charitable organisationTechnical expertise and knowledge of techniques used in audit management and proven experience of monitoring and checking processes and work standardsExperience of working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, delivering presentations to senior stakeholders and board directorsExperience communicating complex information to a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to deliver under pressure and within deadlinesDetailed experience of developing, implementing and managing complex processesIf you have these skills then please apply to Harris Hill with your up to date CV.
