Full Time Customer Service Advisor Pertemps are recruiting for a prestigious bank in Dunfermline on a long term temporary but ongoing basis with the chance to become permanent Pay rate - £9.47 per hour Good benefits included Working Hours - You will be working variable shifts available between the hours of 8am - 10pm, 08:00am - 4pm, 09:00am - 5pm and 2pm - 10pm Working any 5 days out of 7 including weekends. You will know what shifts you are doing 2 months in advance To be the first point of contact for customer calls, providing an excellent level of customer service to meet the needs of our customers to extend and develop the customer relationship Role Description: - Answer customer inbound calls making sure you are helping the customer at first point of contact - Ensure that all customers are dealt with in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements (including internal processes and procedures) - Maintain a good understanding of Bank's products and services including key features and benefits - Ensure all Customer Complaints are recorded in line with the Complaint Handling Policy and where possible resolved at first touch, delivering a fair outcome for the customer. - Focus on quality and delivering outstanding customer service - Communicate professionally and concisely with customers to clearly communicate Skills Required: - Strong Customer Service skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within a team - PC Skills - Team work - looking to help colleagues around them.
